Cooktop, mini fridge, microwave and full kitchenware, set on reclaimed 200-year-old solid oak countertops from a Wisconsin dairy barn. Starbucks K-cup coffee station included.

Tub only, with hot water — a Kingston Brass 51" acrylic clawfoot tub. Plus a custom outdoor shower shed: private wood enclosure, instant-hot handheld shower (Novashion 3500W heater) and a cold-water rain nozzle overhead. Fresh linens and spa-inspired details throughout.

Guest access
Your unit plus the shared common area — hot tub, gazebo, grill and fire pit. Shared areas close at 9 PM ET, and grill use requires host permission.
Photography, filming & events
All shoots, filming and events require advance approval, a signed contract and proof of insurance. Unauthorized use results in cancellation without refund.
Registered guests only
For community safety, only reserved guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests will be asked to leave, and this may result in removal of the booked guest as well.
