Our proprietary plans are built to deploy in a fraction of the time of traditional small unit builds. The pre-fab kits are manufactured out of high quality, cross-laminate timber that is cut and measured in timber factories in Finland that have been carefully inspected and toured by the team.

These units are shipped from our supplier and based on logistics, the shipping cost will remain flat. The estimated time to deliver to site is 12-16 weeks. Shipping prices and lead times can vary based on buyers location. Successful set-up contingent on own review and permitting.

  • 324 sqft lofted studio style cabin shell.

    $99,000/unit.

    Includes:

    Cabin shell, doors, roofing, windows, and plans for assembly.

    Does not include:

    HVAC, insulation, electricity, plumbing, foundation, appliances, or finishes

  • 225 sqft luxe studio home cabin shell.

    $55,000/unit.

    Includes:

    Cabin shell, doors, roofing, windows, and plans for assembly.

  • 400 sqft ensuite home cabin shell. Essentials plus cabin is 2 essentials cabins joined together to create a “deluxe suite”. These cabins will feature 2 entrances and include a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. These units will allow for maximum size and spacing.

    $95,000/unit.
