Frequently Asked Questions
What time will the hot tub be ready?
The hot tub will be lit by 3 PM and ready for use by 5 PM. If you plan to check in early, please let us know in advance. This service is not available for arrivals later than 5 PM.
What's in the s'mores kit?
The kit includes everything for two people. Graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows, plus roasting sticks. Just add fire!
What type of wine is included?
We select quality wines from local Finger Lakes vineyards.
Is the package refundable?
This package is fixed and cannot be altered or substituted. Cancellations due to weather or holidays are at our discretion. Refunds, if applicable, are processed 24 hours after check-in.
What's the difference between VIP and VIP Unlimited?
The standard VIP Package includes one evening of hot tub service, one s'mores kit, and one bottle of wine. VIP Unlimited includes nightly hot tub service, four s'mores kits, and two bottles of wine.
